Trinidad Waterfront

2007 / Port-of-Spain, Trinidad

Port-of-Spain, an emerging Caribbean city, required world-class office, retail and hotel space to attract international business.  A high-rise office complex, 400-key hotel and convention centre, shops and restaurants unfold at the termination of Brian Lara Promenade, becoming the public gathering space of choice during the annual Carnival event and a great place to stroll on a weekend afternoon.  In its revitalization of the oceanfront, the project has also added the defining silhouette of the city skyline.
