Young Architecture + Design is the studio of architect Kevin Young, AIA

Young  hails from a family of architects  and design-minded people in Kingston Jamaica, and attributes his Caribbean upbringing with opening his eyes to Design. There he learned the pragmatic  function  that Architecture must fill, as well  as the layering of personal expression and contextual awareness which the architect  must bring  to bear in order to give a work its  ‘vibe’.

His outlook was honed studying at the University of Miami and M.I.T, illuminated on sojourns all over the world, and put into practice in the Southeastern US and the Caribbean.

He still enjoys discovering Design wherever it can be found.
